Contract to Hire (C2H) Opportunity : Stockholm, Sweden
We are actively seeking to recruit 2-3 highly experienced and seasoned Guidewire Business Analysts who possess specialized knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following critical modules: Claim Center, Policy Center, or Billing Center. These professionals will play a pivotal role in our organization, leveraging their deep understanding of Guidewire’s functionalities to enhance our business processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Guidewire solutions, particularly within the insurance industry. They should be well-versed in the intricacies of Claim Center, which is essential for handling claims management processes, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, expertise in Policy Center is crucial, as it involves the management of insurance policies, including underwriting, policy issuance, and renewals, which are fundamental to our business operations.
Furthermore, candidates with knowledge of the Billing Center module will be highly valued, as this area focuses on billing and payment processing, which is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and financial accuracy. The ability to analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions will be essential for success in this role.
We are looking for individuals who not only have technical proficiency but also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. The selected Business Analysts will be expected to engage with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and end-users, to ensure that the Guidewire systems align with business objectives and deliver maximum value.
Certification in any of the 3 ACE Modules.
A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about business processes will be key attributes for these roles.
