Alternatives and Cost Analysis
Alternate approaches with Cost Benefit Ratio were provided to finalize the approach. Agreement reached to standard the Platform to eliminate hefty LCM charges for Proprietary hardware stack.
Setup New Environment
Instances were setup in New Platform with standard functionality for application teams to port business functions and validate use cases
Validate Functionality & Cutover to new Platform
